The management team is headed by the General Catering Manager, with 3 Area Catering Managers, Catering Services Adviser and Assistant and a 5 strong administration team.
The Catering Services Adviser and Assistant are responsible for purchase and maintenance of kitchen equipment, monitoring the condition of kitchen premises and planning and design of refurbishments. They also manage the Luton Meals at Home Service and supply catering advice to Social Services establishments.
