Private fostering - looking after someone else’s child

Description:
A private fostering arrangement is one that is made privately (that is, without the involvement of the council). It is an agreement between a parent and another adult who has agreed to care for a child or young person under 16 years old (or 18 if they have a disability) for 28 days or more.
