The majority of governing bodies put this onto their agendas for the first meeting of each academic year. As clerk, it is your responsibiliy to ensure compliance. When a new governor is elected or appointed to your governing body, this will be one of the forms they must complete. The school holds a central Register of Interests and the governors paperwork should be housed within it. |
