These materials aim to help primary schools create the right environment for raising the achievement of children learning EAL and support all staff as they narrow the attainment gap between children learning EAL and their peers. The materials include four units providing context, points for reflection and suggestions for further reading, and eight professional development modules (PDMs) focusing on topics such as inclusion and the involvement of parents, carers and families. |
