What are Young Voice groups?
Young Voice groups are a way you can have your say on the things that affect young people in Luton. The groups are made up of a diverse range young people from a variety of different backgrounds and age groups. They volunteer their time to work with the Youth Service and ensure young people's views are heard and can influence decisions made in their area.
There are five different Young Voice groups – one each for north, east, south, west and central Luton. This means that each group can really focus on making a difference near where they live.

What do they do?
Young Voice groups do things like deciding on activities run by youth clubs, raising youth issues and consulting with other young people living in the area.
The groups have been involved in planning summer activities and celebration events. Some of the groups currently hold surgeries so that young people in their area can contact them directly.
